• are a support department, my budget is divided between the needs of my department and departments that provide support, so I am forced to keep a strict record values for each department;
• in the company are several departments where application is implemented Budget Watch , and authorizing the General Manager can view all budget through View GM.

In this example, we have a company with the following departments: Sales, Marketing, Logistics and IT. Each department head is the budget officer. In the marketing department Budget Watch is used to manage its budget. The IT Department (Support Department) Budget Watch is used to effectively manage the department budget and outline budget for departments that provide support. General Manager is an overview of the budgetary execution of the four departments of the company.
